The Finance Committee
- The Vice-Chancellor-Chairman;
- The Principal Secretary (Finance) to Government or his nominee;
- The Principal Secretary or Secretary (Technical Education) to Government ex-officio;
- Two other members nominated by the Board of Management from amongst its members, of whom at least one should not be an employee of the University;
- The Registrar of the University;
- Controller of Finance will be the member Secretary;
- Such other members as may be prescribed by the Statutes
